Refund policy

At Jewel in a Box, we offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, we cannot accept returns for items that have been modified or personalized at your request. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at info@jewelinabox.be. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for items that have been changed, resized, or personalized at your request.

Exchanges

The fastest way to make an exchange is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
