Shipping policy

As soon as we recieve the customer's funds, we will ship the purchased items.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3   business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store in Leopoldstraat 12 - 2000 Antwerpen - Belgium. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10.30h to 18h on every week day except sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

If you have a shipping demand out of Europe, please contact us. We will seek for the best and convenient solution.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How to check the status of you order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@jewelinabox.be with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In case the item was modified or personalized on your request, we can't accept a return.


To start a return, you can contact us at info@jewelinabox.be. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds are not valid in case of transformation of the item, on customers request, if the item needed to be resized or dapted to your personal choice.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
